CENTRE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ACCREDITATION (CQAA)

INTRODUCTION

The establishment of the Centre of Quality Assurance and Accreditation (CQAA) in UKKM serves as the university’s central body responsible for ensuring the institution maintains high academic standards, complies with national and professional accreditation requirements, and continuously enhances the quality of education and services.
The centre oversees quality assurance processes, coordinates programme accreditation activities, supports Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation, manages audits and assessments, and promotes a culture of continuous quality improvement among school and staff. In addition, CQAA plays an important role in enhancing the university’s reputation, strengthening graduate quality and employability, and supporting effective decision-making through systematic monitoring and evaluation of academic and institutional performance
