CENTRE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ACCREDITATION (CQAA)

INTRODUCTION

The establishment of the Centre of Quality Assurance and Accreditation (CQAA) in UKKM serves as the university’s central body responsible for ensuring the institution maintains high academic standards, complies with national and professional accreditation requirements, and continuously enhances the quality of education and services.
The centre oversees quality assurance processes, coordinates programme accreditation activities, supports Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation, manages audits and assessments, and promotes a culture of continuous quality improvement among school and staff. In addition, CQAA plays an important role in enhancing the university’s reputation, strengthening graduate quality and employability, and supporting effective decision-making through systematic monitoring and evaluation of academic and institutional performance

The university was granted approval for Private Higher Education Institution (IPTS) registration by the Higher Education Department (JPT) on 29 March 2023, marking a significant milestone in its establishment and formal recognition within the national higher education system. INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION & LINKAGES

UKKM has established Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and international linkages with several institutions to strengthen global collaboration and academic recognition.
BUSINESS GRADUATES ASSOCIATION

UKKM has successfully obtained membership in the Business Graduates Association (BGA), which serves to strengthen alumni engagement, enhance professional networking, and support continuous career development among UKKM business graduates. It also reinforces the University’s linkages with industry and international academic communities.
ASEANACA ACADEMIC ASSOCIATION

UKKM has established an MoU with the ASEANACA Academic Association to enhance academic and regional collaboration.
